TERMS OF SALES

Article 1 / Duration of stay

The customer reserving accommodation with the Relais des Roses, for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2 / Reservation formalities

The total price announced at the time of booking includes all taxes. You will receive a summary email following your reservation. If the information contained in this writing is correct, the customer is invited to pay for his stay.

Upon receipt of this deposit, the reservation becomes firm.

By paying the deposit, the customer confirms his full agreement with the general conditions specified below.

Without payment of the deposit within the time allowed (see article 3), the reservation is not confirmed. Consequently, at the end of the period provided for in article 3, the Relais des Roses reserves the right to put the room(s) up for rent.

 

Article 3 / Settlement of the deposit

For the reservation of a stay taking place more than 21 calendar days after the reservation, the payment must be made within 7 days (the room is blocked for 7 days as an option).

For stays taking place less than 21 calendar days after the reservation, payment must be made within 72 hours of taking the reservation (the room is blocked for 72 hours as an option).

Finally, for any stay taking place within 72 hours of booking, payment must be made the day the booking is made.

 

A reservation for which the deposit has not been received by the date specified above is not confirmed and may be canceled at any time by the Relais des Roses.

 

Upon receipt of payment you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

 

Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the client

Any modification of the reservation, of the date, of the room, is only possible after the agreement of the Relais des Roses and may incur additional costs, and will be made according to availability on the date of the modification.

 

Here are the cancellation conditions:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform the Relais des Roses by email.

 

• If the cancellation occurs more than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid is fully refunded to the customer.

• If the cancellation occurs between the 29th calendar day and the 15th calendar day before the date of arrival, the deposit paid is reimbursed up to 75%: 25% of the deposit will therefore remain with the Relais des Roses.

• If the cancellation occurs between the 14th calendar day and the 8th calendar day before the date of arrival, the deposit paid is refunded up to 50%: 50% of the deposit will therefore remain with the Relais des Roses.

• Finally, for any cancellation occurring less than 7 calendar days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid on booking will remain with the Relais des Roses.

• In the event of early departure during the stay, the entire reserved service will be due.

• Following receipt of your cancellation request and according to the above conditions, the Relais des Roses may refund the deposit by bank transfer.

The Relais des Roses reminds you that no cancellation insurance is included in its rates.

Article 5 / No show

In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.

Article 6 / Prices

The rates shown include breakfast for the number of people provided when booking.

The rates do not include any additional services.

Article 7 / Arrival time and departure time

Arrival :The Customer must arrive on the day specified when booking, no earlier than 5:00 p.m. (time of room availability and key collection) and no later than 10:00 p.m.

Departure :The rooms must be vacated by the client no later than 11:00 a.m.

Any overtime may be subject to additional invoicing of 15€ / hour started.

The customer will notify as far as possible at what time he expects to arrive.

Article 8 / Breakfast

Classic breakfast: served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at the latest. An express breakfast: (before 8:00 a.m.) is possible by reservation no later than 6:00 p.m. the day before. You will then have a tray in the refrigerator and will be on your own to prepare hot drinks (bread from the day before).

Article 9 / Payment of the balance

The balance of the stay is to be paid before departure, at the customer's initiative.

A dematerialized invoice is given to the customer on simple request.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash and check.

Article 10 / Change of rooms

It is possible that the Relais des Roses, for security or service reasons, may have to modify the room initially reserved by the customer. In this case, the change will always be for a room of the same capacity and offering the same level of service. No additional costs may be charged to you.

Article 11 / Pets

Our animal friends, kept on a leash in the common areas of the house are accepted in the establishment (if they are calm, clean and sociable).

I have a calm and reserved dog, who gets along well with everyone. However, for allergy reasons, pets are not allowed in the upstairs bedrooms.

If you want to come with your pet, you can only book the chic room on the ground floor.

Cleaning costs of €5.00 per night per animal will be requested.

Any damage caused during a stay will be invoiced at its repair or replacement value.

Article 11 / Art of living and use of premises

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas (including electronic cigarettes).

In order to respect the sleep of the occupants of the house and the tranquility of the place, please do not make noise in the common areas between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

The outdoor equipment (swings and trampoline) is not suitable for over 12s.

Minors moving on the property are under the full and sole responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.

Article 12 / Modification of the conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
